Shipping & Returns Policy
Goods are despatched as soon as full payment has been received and cleared.
Payment methods are currently by cheque or Paypal.
Note: The Paypal service now allows customers to pay using their credit/debit cards without actually having to have a Paypal account.
If the method of payment is cheque, then please send the cheque (including postage of £2.95 ) for the total amount, to the address below. (Please remember to advise us which items you would like to purchase).
Inside mainland UK, postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £2.95, irrelevant of how many items you purchase. For instance, if you purchase 4 items from us in the one order, then the cost to you will only be £2.95. Delivery within mainland UK is by Royal Mail, first class.
Outside of mainland UK, we ship via airmail, please contact us prior to your purchase so that we can advise you on the cost of shipping (email info@thepuzzleshop.com )

Returns
Our policy at The Puzzle Shop is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with us. However in the event that your puzzle is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us at the email address below. Please advise us on the nature of the fault, the type of puzzle, and when you purchased the item.
Our puzzles are checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that your puzzle is faulty, then it may be returned to us within 14 days of shipping for replacement. Original packaging, contents and receipt must accompany all returned goods. We do not refund original shipping costs or your return shipping costs. The shipping costs of the replaced item will be at our expense.

Note: A puzzle is not necessarily faulty just because you can not solve it. All of our puzzles are solvable!
